It is designed to fit standard propellers up to 10.5 inches in diameter. Please note, this guard is not recommended for Big Foot or High Thrust applications, which require a larger 13-inch guard.

This part is a direct replacement for SeaSierra SP62811, PropSafe/PropGuard PS-11O, and JLM Marine 11" Guard.

Installation Guide

Installation can be completed in approximately 30 minutes using basic tools. The guard attaches directly to the cavitation plate and skeg.

1. Position the guard on the underside of the cavitation plate, ensuring there is equal distance between the guard and the propeller blades.
2. Place the guard as far forward on the cavitation plate as possible.
3. Important: Remove the trim tab located under the cavitation plate before beginning installation.
4. Drill four holes through the cavitation plate and the guard on each side.
5. Insert the provided bolts, washers, and Nyloc nuts, then loosely tighten them.
6. Drill one hole through the lower skeg, insert the bolt, washer, and Nyloc nut, and tighten it securely.
7. Fully tighten the four cavitation plate bolts to secure the guard in place.

Note: The propeller guard is not recommended or warranted for boat speeds exceeding 25-30 mph.
