Installation Guide

1. Center the hydrofoil on top of the anti-cavitation plate of your outboard motor or stern drive. Ensure it is positioned correctly for optimal performance.
2. With the hydrofoil held firmly in place, use a marker to mark the four drill hole locations on the cavitation plate.
3. Remove the hydrofoil and carefully drill the four holes using the included 6.5mm drill bit.
4. Place the hydrofoil back onto the plate, aligning the holes.
5. Insert the provided stainless steel bolts from the top and secure them from the bottom with the nuts.
6. Tighten all four bolts securely. Check that the hydrofoil is rigid and does not move before operating your boat.

This hydrofoil is designed to fit most outboard and stern drive motors in the 8 to 40 HP range. However, it is not compatible with Mercury 40-60 HP four-stroke models, certain Volvo Penta drives with exhaust through the cavitation plate, Mercury Bravo II & III drives, Honda 200+ HP outboards, and Yamaha 350 HP outboards.
