Installation Guide

1. Position the boat securely on a trailer or lift. Ensure the engine is turned off and the battery is disconnected before beginning work.
2. Center the hydrofoil onto the anti-cavitation plate of your motor. The curved "Turbo Trac" side should face down.
3. Adjust the hydrofoil to ensure it is properly aligned with the lower unit, then use a marker to mark the four drill-hole locations on the plate.
4. Remove the hydrofoil. Carefully drill the four marked holes using the included 6.5mm drill bit. It's best to start with a smaller pilot hole.
5. Place the hydrofoil back onto the plate, aligning the mounting holes.
6. Insert the stainless steel bolts through the top of the hydrofoil and the plate. Secure them from below with the included nuts.
7. Tighten all four bolts evenly and securely. Do not overtighten, as this could damage the plate or the hydrofoil.
8. Once installed, check that the hydrofoil is rigid and does not interfere with the propeller's movement.
