Installation Guide

1. Disconnect the battery and shift the outboard into neutral.

4. Unbolt and remove the water pump housing cover to access the impeller.
5. Slide the old impeller off the driveshaft, making sure to remove the Woodruff key.

7. Install the new cartridge insert, key, seals, and O-ring as provided in the kit.
8. Slide the new impeller onto the driveshaft, turning the shaft clockwise to bed the vanes correctly.

10. Guide the lower unit back into place, ensuring the driveshaft, shift shaft, and water tube align correctly.
11. Secure the lower unit with its bolts and reconnect the battery.
