Installation Guide
- Place the new rubber bushing into the gimbal housing.
- Install the bushing retaining tool over the bushing to hold it in place.
- Turn the two included screws 1-2 turns, just enough to secure the tool and support the bushing.
- With the bushing held securely, insert the plastic end of the water hose assembly until its rib seats inside the rubber bushing's recessed area.
- Confirm proper initial insertion: the end of the water hose should be flush with the surface of the retaining tool.
- Tighten the retaining tool screws to press the bushing into its final seated position. Torque the screws to 2.3 Nm (20.3 lb-in).
- Remove the bushing retainer tool from the gimbal housing.
- Verify the final installation: the plastic portion of the water hose should now protrude approximately 6 mm (0.25 in.) beyond the rubber bushing.
