Installation Guide

1. Clean the outboard skeg thoroughly, removing any marine growth or debris. If the skeg is damaged, file down any rough burs.

3. Using the pre-drilled holes in the guard as a template, mark the drill locations on your skeg.
4. Remove the guard and carefully drill the marked holes using an appropriately sized drill bit.
5. Reposition the guard onto the skeg, aligning the holes.
6. Apply a small amount of the included thread locker to the threads of each mounting bolt.
7. Insert and hand-tighten the mounting bolts.
8. Once both bolts are in place, tighten them securely with the provided hex key. Do not overtighten.
