Installation Guide
- Select and firmly attach a compatible 1000μL universal pipette tip to the cone.
- Set the desired liquid volume by turning the control button. Confirm the value on the digital display.
- To aspirate liquid, press the plunger down to the first positive stop.
- Immerse the tip just below the surface of the source liquid.
- Smoothly release the plunger to draw the liquid up into the tip. Wait a second to ensure the full volume is aspirated.
- To dispense, place the tip against the inside wall of the receiving vessel.
- Slowly press the plunger to the first stop to dispense the liquid.
- Press the plunger to the second stop (blow-out) to expel any remaining liquid from the tip.
- Eject the used tip by pressing the tip ejector button.
- For sterilization, disassemble and autoclave only the lower portion as specified in the instructions manual.
