Installation Guide

Stop the engine, disconnect the negative battery cable, and allow the intake area to cool before working on the manifold.

Locate the MAP sensor on the intake / plenum. Unplug the harness connector and note wire routing and any vacuum path at the port.

Release the mounting tabs or fasteners and lift the old sensor off. Inspect the manifold port, seal surface, and connector pins for oil, corrosion, or damage.

Seat the new sensor squarely so the sealed pressure port enters the manifold without cocking, reconnect the harness until it latches, restore battery power, and clear any related diagnostic codes after confirming a leak-free install.
Warning: Work with the ignition off. A vacuum leak at the MAP port can cause rich/lean running or driveability faults — verify the orange seal and port condition before restart.
