Installation Guide

1. Safety First: Ensure the engine is turned off and the boat is securely trailered or docked before beginning installation.

3. Mark Drill Holes: Use a marker to indicate the drilling locations on the cavitation plate through the pre-drilled holes in the hydrofoil.
4. Drill the Plate: Remove the hydrofoil and use the included 6.5mm drill bit to drill the marked holes. Be steady and precise.
5. Mount the Hydrofoil: Re-align the hydrofoil with the newly drilled holes on the cavitation plate.
6. Secure with Hardware: Insert the provided stainless steel screws from the top and fasten them with the corresponding nuts from below.
7. Tighten Securely: Tighten the nuts evenly. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the hydrofoil or damage the cavitation plate.
8. Final Check: Wiggle the hydrofoil to confirm it is rigidly attached and has no play.
