Installation Guide

1. Safety First: Before starting, disconnect the battery and relieve the pressure from the fuel system according to your service manual.
2. Access the Fuel Rail: Remove any components obstructing access to the fuel rail and fuel injectors.
3. Disconnect Injectors: Carefully unplug the electrical connectors from each fuel injector.
4. Remove Fuel Rail: Unbolt and gently lift the fuel rail assembly away from the engine.
5. Remove Old Injectors: Pull the old fuel injectors straight out of their ports on the fuel rail. You may need to gently twist them to break the seal.
6. Prepare New Injectors: Lightly lubricate the new O-rings with clean engine oil to ensure a proper seal and prevent damage during installation.
7. Install New Injectors: Press the new injectors firmly into the fuel rail ports until they seat completely.
8. Reinstall Fuel Rail: Carefully place the fuel rail assembly back onto the engine and tighten the mounting bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque.
9. Reconnect and Test: Reconnect the electrical connectors, re-attach the battery, and turn the ignition key to the "on" position (without starting the engine) to prime the system. Check thoroughly for any fuel leaks around the injectors and fuel rail before starting the engine.
