Installation Guide
- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Properly relieve the fuel system pressure according to your engine's service manual.
- Carefully disconnect the electrical connector from each fuel injector.
- Remove the bolts securing the fuel rail to the intake manifold.
- Gently lift the fuel rail assembly away from the engine.
- Remove the retaining clips and pull the old injectors from the fuel rail.
- Lightly lubricate the new injector o-rings with clean engine oil before installation.
- Press the new injectors firmly into the fuel rail until they seat correctly and install the retaining clips.
- Reinstall the fuel rail assembly and tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque.
- Reconnect the electrical connectors to each injector.
- Reconnect the battery terminal, turn the key to the 'on' position to prime the system, and thoroughly check for any fuel leaks before starting the engine.
