JMP 7352-01 is 65 mm diameter, 51 mm width and 15.8 mm (5/8 in.) bore. Count the blades on the old impeller: Jabsco 4598-0001 / DJ 09-46-0801 share the same outer size but have eight blades and are a different part. It is not interchangeable with 8-blade spline 920-0001 or 12-blade 41.5 mm key-drive 18948-0001.

Cover plate gaskets, O-ring and lubricant are not included. JMP 7352-01K and Sherwood 15000K add those service parts. If a photo of this SKU shows gaskets, they are catalog extras, not part of this listing.
Installation Guide
- 1 Stop the engine, let it cool, and close the raw water seacock so water cannot enter the boat while the pump is open.
- 2 Remove the cover plate screws and lift off the cover. Keep the screws and the old gasket together so you can compare the seal size when reassembling.
- 3 Note the key orientation, then grip the brass insert and pull the old impeller straight off. Recover any broken vane pieces from the downstream cooling circuit before continuing.
- 4 Clean the housing bore and the wear plate, and inspect them for scoring. Apply a marine-grade impeller lubricant, glycerine or soapy water to the bore and the new vanes. Do not use petroleum-based grease, which attacks neoprene.
- 5 Align the keyway in the brass insert with the pump shaft key, then press the impeller in while turning the shaft in the normal direction of rotation so all twelve vanes lay over the same way.
- 6 Refit the cover plate with a serviceable gasket, tighten the screws evenly in a crisscross pattern, open the seacock, then start the engine and confirm a solid stream of cooling water and no leaks at the cover.

- The impeller is supplied on its own. Cover seals and lubricant must be ordered separately if your service procedure requires them.
- This is a 12-blade, 65 mm key-drive impeller, 51 mm wide. It will not fit 8-blade 4598-0001, spline 920-0001, or 41.5 mm 18948-0001.
- Never run the pump dry. Even a few seconds without water will damage the neoprene vanes.
