Installation Guide

Allow the engine to cool completely and disconnect the battery before working on the exhaust system.

Support the exhaust hose and water hose, then unbolt and remove the old elbow. Protect the manifold mating face from damage.

Clean the flange face. Compare the new elbow’s square 4-bolt flange, water port, and beaded outlet to the removed part and the product images.

Place the included square mounting gasket, align the elbow, and tighten the four mounting bolts evenly to the torque values in your Volvo Penta service manual.

Reconnect the water and exhaust hoses on the beaded outlet and water port, secure all clamps, and check for leaks at idle before returning to service.
