- Apply the new gaskets (663-44324-A0 and 663-44316-A0) to the pump cover, then secure the cover using the provided bolts (90119-08M13 and 90119-08M34). Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications in a cross pattern.
- Replace all four drain gaskets (90430-08020) at their respective locations on the lower unit. Ensure each gasket seats properly to prevent oil leaks.
- Remove the old thermostat housing and install the new thermostat (6E5-12411-30) with the new thermostat gasket (6J8-12414-A0). Secure the housing and verify proper seating.
