Installation Guide
- Disconnect the battery to ensure safety before beginning any electrical work.
- Locate the existing CDI power pack on your engine, typically mounted near the flywheel assembly.
- Label each wire connection before disconnecting to ensure correct reinstallation.
- Remove the mounting bolts securing the old power pack to the engine block.
- Carefully disconnect all electrical connectors from the old CDI module.
- Position the new CDI module in the same location as the original unit.
- Secure the new module with the mounting bolts.
- Reconnect all electrical connectors according to your labels.
- Inspect all wire routing to ensure wires are clear of moving parts.
- Reconnect the battery and test the ignition system.
