Installation Guide
Allow the engine to cool completely and disconnect the battery before working on the exhaust system.
Support the exhaust hose and any coolant connections, then unbolt and remove the old elbow. Protect the mating face from damage.
Clean the flange face and compare the new elbow’s 2-hole diamond flange, threaded auxiliary port, and stepped circular end to the removed part and the product images.
Install with the gasket and fasteners specified in your Volvo Penta parts list or service manual. Tighten evenly to the manual’s torque values.
Reconnect hoses and any auxiliary fittings, secure clamps, and check for exhaust or coolant leaks at idle before returning to service.
Note: Follow the Volvo Penta service manual for torque and gasket requirements. Professional installation is recommended.
