- Secure each end of the shaft using either pal nuts or cotter pins to lock the roller in place.
- Attach the entire roller bracket assembly to the boat trailer's cross-member using a U-bolt. For a typical 3" × 3" cross-member, a U-bolt measuring 1/2" × 3" × 4-5/16" is recommended.
