Installation Guide

  1. Safety First: Disconnect the battery and shift the outboard into neutral. Place the lower unit in a suitable stand or on a workbench.
  2. Access the Pump: Remove the bolts securing the lower unit (gearcase). Carefully separate it from the upper engine housing.
  3. Disassemble Housing: Unscrew the bolts on the water pump housing. Lift the housing to expose the impeller.
