Installation Guide

1. Shut off the engine, close the raw water intake seacock, and allow the engine to cool.
2. Remove the cover plate from the water pump housing to access the impeller. Keep the screws safe.

4. Use a compatible impeller puller tool to grip the threaded hub and carefully extract the old impeller from the housing.
5. Clean the interior of the pump housing and the cover plate, removing any debris or old gasket material. Inspect for wear or scoring.
6. Install the new drive key into the shaft's keyway if the old one is removed or worn.
