Installation Guide

8. Install the O-ring (93210-46044) into its groove and secure the housing with the provided bolts (97095-08045, 97095-08055). Torque bolts to manufacturer specifications in a crisscross pattern.
9. Replace the fuel filters (6D8-WS24A-00, 6C5-24251-00, 6C5-13915-00) at their respective locations following your engine diagram. Ensure fuel lines are properly connected.
10. Install the new oil filter (5GH-13440-60) and thermostat (6G8-12411-00) with the new thermostat gasket (62Y-12414-00). Replace drain gaskets (90430-08020) on drain plugs.
11. Install the gear oil pump (24OP149) and secure with the cotter pin (91490-40030). Reassemble the lower unit to the midsection, torquing all fasteners properly.
