Installation Guide

- Replace Fuel Filter: Locate the fuel filter in the fuel line. Disconnect the fuel line, remove the old filter, and install the new 369-02230-0 fuel filter with proper orientation.
- Remove Water Pump Housing: Access the water pump by removing the lower unit. Carefully separate the pump housing to expose the impeller and components.
- Install Water Pump Repair Kit: Replace all water pump components using the 3AB-87322-0 repair kit, including impeller, gaskets, and seals. Lubricate the impeller with glycerin or soapy water before installation.
- Replace Thermostat: Remove the thermostat cover and old thermostat. Install the new 3H6-01030-0 thermostat with the 346-01032-0 gasket, ensuring proper orientation.
- Reassemble Lower Unit: Reinstall the water pump housing and lower unit, torquing all fasteners to manufacturer specifications.
