  1. Turn the outboard off, allow it to cool, and clear sharp debris from the engine.
  2. Unfold the cover, identify the top and bottom, then slip it over the engine from top to bottom without snagging.
  3. Close the zipper, fasten the buckle, and tighten the bottom drawstring for a secure fit.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your engine circumference and height, then compare them with 89 in circumference × 74.8 in height. HP alone does not describe every cowling shape.

Is this cover suitable for trailering?

The cover uses a zipper, buckle, and drawstring as a triple-locking system. Secure all three closures before moving the boat.
