- Oil Change: Remove the old oil filter using a filter wrench and drain the engine oil. Install the new 15400-RBA-F01 oil filter and refill with fresh oil to the specified level.
- Fuel Filter Replacement: Locate both fuel filters in the fuel system. Replace the old filters with the new 16911-ZY3-010 and 16900-SR3-004 filters, ensuring fuel lines are properly connected.
- Water Pump Service: Remove the lower unit to access the water pump housing. Replace the 19210-ZW1-B02/B03/B04 impeller, 19234-ZW1-B00 gasket, and associated O-rings.
- Thermostat Replacement: Remove the thermostat cover and replace the old thermostat with the new 19300-ZY3-003 unit. Install new gaskets and O-rings to prevent leaks.
- Lower Unit Service: Drain the old gear oil from the lower unit using the gear oil pump. Replace the 12-191833 drain gaskets (3 total) on drain and fill ports.
- Refill Gear Oil: Use the included 24OP149 gear oil pump to refill the lower unit with fresh gear oil until it flows from the top vent hole. Install and tighten both plugs with new gaskets.
- Install Key and Pin: Replace the 90752-ZW1-B02 key and secure with the 90758-ZW1-B00 cotter pin as per manufacturer specifications.
- O-ring Installation: Install all remaining O-rings (91356-ZW1-B00, 16078-ZY3-000, and three 91301-ZW4-003) in their respective positions to ensure proper sealing.
- Reassembly: Reinstall the lower unit and all covers, ensuring all fasteners are torqued to manufacturer specifications.
