Installation Guide

1. Ensure the engine is off, the fuel tank cap is loosened to relieve pressure, and the work area is well-ventilated.
2. Disconnect the old fuel line connector from the fuel tank.
3. Remove the old hose clamp and detach the old connector from the fuel hose.
4. Slide the new hose clamp onto the 5/16" (8mm) fuel hose.
5. Firmly press the barb of the new connector into the end of the fuel hose until it is fully seated.
6. Position the hose clamp over the section of the hose covering the barb and tighten it securely.
7. Clip the new quick-disconnect fitting onto the fuel tank's outlet port.
8. Once connected, pump the primer bulb until firm and carefully check for any fuel leaks around the connector and clamp before starting the engine.
