- Remove the engine cover to access the carburetor
- Disconnect and label all fuel lines and linkages
- Remove the old carburetor, noting the orientation and connections
- Install the new carburetor, ensuring proper alignment of all connections
- Reconnect all fuel lines and linkages in their original positions
- Perform initial adjustment according to specifications
- Test run the engine and make fine adjustments as needed
