Installation Guide

Allow the engine to cool completely and disconnect the battery before working on the exhaust system.

Support the exhaust hose, then remove the old elbow. Protect the manifold mating face from damage.

Clean the flange face and compare the new elbow’s flange, water port, and outlet to the removed part and the product images.

Install with the gasket and fasteners specified in your Volvo Penta parts list or service manual. Tighten evenly to the manual’s torque values.
