Installation Guide

1. Disconnect the spark plug wires and shift the outboard into neutral.
2. Place a drain pan under the lower unit and remove the gearcase drain and vent screws to drain the lubricant.

9. Slide the new impeller onto the shaft while turning it in a clockwise direction to correctly orient the vanes.

11. Reassemble the lower unit to the engine, refill with gear lubricant, and test for proper water flow from the tell-tale outlet.
