Installation Guide

  1. Place clamp over bellows end.
  2. Place exhaust expander tool into first bellow convolution.
  3. Pull on tool until it touches flange on bell housing, then release tool.
  4. Reposition tool into third bellows convolution.
  5. Pull bellows onto bell housing flange, insert straight rod and 'U' pin into tool.
  6. Note: Sterndrive must be removed in order to use this tool.
